Soak up Rosebud’s quintessential seaside village charm from this central home a stone’s throw from the beach. Designed for families or groups, it combines bright and spacious interiors with a large backyard replete with alfresco dining to relax in the fresh coastal air.

Arriving inside the property you’ll be in the living room. Get comfortable on the plush sofas and enjoy movie nights at home in front of the large TV. This space flows through to the dining room, with a large dining table for meals at home. Cook up a feast in the kitchen, or make use of the BBQ and woodfired pizza oven out back.

Four bedrooms sleep a total of 10 guests, with plenty of space for families. Each of the queen-sized bedrooms are well appointed with built-in wardrobes for your belongings. A combination of ceiling fans, air-conditioning and heating throughout keeps things comfortable no matter what season you are travelling. The fourth bedroom comes with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for those bringing the kids. A neat main bathroom highlights a generous-sized shower, while guests will also have access to a powder room and outdoor shower for rinsing off after the sand. Laundry facilities add to your everyday convenience.

Parking is provided for three cars in the driveway.

This price includes bath towels, bathroom towels, biodegradable toiletries/soaps, and kitchen consumables/towels and amenities for each property.

Please specify which beds you will require linen for in your booking request, and your host will facilitate the setup for you. If you choose not to use the hired or host linen, please bring your own. Quilts and pillows are supplied at each property.
