Rosehaven: Ultimate Beach-House

As soon as you walk into this bright, light-filled home you’ll start to feel the good-times feels. Only 250m walk to Rosebud Beach – the most kid-friendly beach on the Mornington Peninsula – enjoy the cool breezes and chilled atmosphere of Rosebud. The house is immaculately clean and decorated with modern coastal vibes.

The space
This modern, luxurious townhouse accommodates 6 adults with 3 bedrooms: 2 Queens and 2 Singles. Each person gets one bath towel and all beds come with pillows, sheets and quilts. Each bedroom has massive BIRs with hangers. There’s 2 bathrooms and separate toilet.

The main living area has L-shaped couch and TV with ability to access your streaming services. The spacious kitchen can accommodate all your basic cooking needs with comfortable dining area. Downstairs has a powder room, whilst upstairs there’s a second separate toilet and large bathroom with shower and bath. There’s also an internal laundry with washing machine. Also includes air-con/heating, a massive double car garage and plenty of internal storage space. The private courtyard offers a great place to relax after a long day at the beach.

All bed linens and towels are washed and sanitised.

Cooking utensils are provided, as well as, toilet paper, body and hand wash.

We’re unable to provide a porta cot as it could potentially pose a safety issue for our guests.

LOCATION:
Only a 5min easy stroll to the cool sands of Rosebud Foreshore. On your way, a choice of restaurants and local cafes. The property is also a 5min drive or 10min walk to Rosebud Plaza and Rosebud Central for all your shopping needs.

Other tourist attractions which are a short drive include: Arthur’s Seat Eagle Lift (7km), Peninsula Hot Springs (10km), Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm (12km), Red Hill wineries (14km), Cape Schanck (17km), Sorrento Town (18km) and Portsea/Point Nepean National Park (19km).

THE SPACE
Bed configuration:
Bedroom #1: 1x Queen, sleeps 2
Bedroom #2: 1x Queen, sleeps 2
Bedroom #3: 2x Singles, sleeps 2

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, cooking appliances, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. As well as cooking utensils, plates, glasses, mixing bowls, frying pan and saucepans. Tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper are all supplied.

Bathrooms & Toilet Configurations:
Downstairs has a powder room with toilet. Upstairs there’s a separate bathroom and toilet. The main bathroom has a shower and bath.

Each person receives a bath towel. Body wash is provided in shower and hand wash at all hand basins. Guests must bring their own toothbrush, toiletries and beach towels for hygiene reasons.

Entertainment:
Guests can log into their NetFlix, Paramount or Amazon Prime accounts from the TV or bring their laptop and log into their own streaming service. Wi-Fi provided.

Laundry:
There is a washing machine. Iron & ironing board are provided.

Parking:
There’s an open double car garage, as well as plenty of off-street parking.
