Our home's layout ensures guests can rest undisturbed in the separate sleeping area, while others gather around the inviting wood fire in the living area to enjoy an evening together. Whether it's cozy conversations or quite moments, there's a space for everyone.

There's plenty of couches and footstools to put your feet up. Need extra sleeping space? No problem! The sofa bed awaits. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and cooling and catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV. Plus, our fast-speed WiFi keeps you connected.

The games corner gives every age an exciting board or card game or if you'd like a quieter challenge, there's plenty of books to enjoy. We also have a pool table, dartboard and giant outdoor chess and noughts and crosses .

The kitchen provides a double sink, microwave and beautiful 900ml stainless steel gas/electric oven with grill and five burners including wok-ring for those perfect stir-fries. The cupboards are stocked with glasses/mugs, water jugs, platters and other kitchenware, and there's plenty of bench space to prepare your culinary creations to enjoy together. Why not try your cocktail making skills in the cocktail corner and serve some new mixes in the wine and cocktail glasses. There's also USB charging points for quick charging so your device doesn't go flat while looking up those recipes!

The walk-in pantry provides additional meal preparation space with stylish coffee pod machine, sandwich toaster, rice cooker and other appliances, including complimentary coffee, coffee pods, tea, sugar, hot chocolate and yummy snacks to enjoy with your cuppa!

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for your convenience. You’ll find workspaces—perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure. The powerpoints with USB's and charging points next to your bed make it easy to keep your devices charged. There's full-length mirrors and ample storage for all your belongings. On chilly mornings, switch on the electric blankets and snuggle up with the extra pillows and blankets provided.

Our property boasts two toilets for added convenience especially for those larger groups. The laundry area features a washer/dryer combo, iron and ironing board making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during your stay. There's also an undercover clothesline outside if you prefer to hang your clothes to dry.

The luxurious bathroom has wall-to-ceiling tiling that brings a sense of elegance to the space. The double vanity enables multiple guests to prepare for their day out with huge 1200ml high mirrors, downlights strategically appointed for perfect shaving and make up lighting, power points for appliances and storage for personal items. The abundance of hangers and complimentary soaps, shampoo/conditioner, shower hats and more, plus the huge walk-in shower has both a rain shower and hand-held shower head to meet every showering preference, while the deep bathtub allows a relaxing finish to a busy day exploring Melbourne.

The secure, grassed backyard beckons with multiple seating areas. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee at the table on the back deck overlooking the fruit trees in the backyard, cooking a BBQ or enjoying an evening under the stars around the firepit with its custom-made seating, this tranquil space is yours to relish. In the man-cave you'll find the pool table and dart board, with extra seating and entertaining space for those special nights.

The carport provides a secure and dry place to park your car, and the concreated area gives the kids plenty of outdoor play space, while the grassed yard gives enough room to enjoy a kick of the footy or stretching space for your pets.
