Indulge yourself in the luxury of this sprawling beachside holiday home, spread across 3 levels, and incorporating 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, including a fully self-contained ground level apartment. Stunning living presentation, tranquil poolside alfresco dining, 2 well equipped kitchens, and hotel quality bedrooms, combine to create the ultimate family reunion. Located just metres to the stunning coastline, and only a short stroll to the cosmopolitan Main Street, local beaches, and the foreshore walking track.

The family friendly floorplan is designed to create a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor living. The contemporary central kitchen on the middle level features gas hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, stone bench tops with seating, a coffee pod machine, microwave, and an 8-seat dining table. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors offer views across the pool and direct access to the outdoor living and dining. Complete with quality lounges, split system heating and cooling, a wide screen TV, and perfectly positioned for sunset views. The ground level is fully self-contained, including a kitchen featuring electric cooking, a dishwasher, washing machine, a 4-seat dining table, and another lounge with courtyard access.

Five luxurious bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms provide resort style accommodation for up to 11 guests. The master bedroom on the top level offers a king size bed, bay views, plus a full ensuite and WIR. There is an adjoining parent retreat and a private balcony, perfect for sunset drinks. The middle level offers a family bathroom, a queen size bedroom with BIR, plus a kid’s room with bunks and a trundle. The ground level is a fully self-contained apartment with internal access for families to integrate. The main bedroom features a king size bed, a luxury ensuite with a claw foot deep bath, and a huge WIR. The second bedroom has a queen bed, BIR, and garden/courtyard access.
Outside.
Located just metres to the Mornington coastline, and a short walk to local beaches and the vibrance of Main Street. Bring the family together for a balcony poolside BBQ and savour the sea breeze on summer evenings. There is driveway parking for 3 cars. Please note: the pool is not heated. The tri level staircases may not be suitable for small children.
