Great place to stay. I arrived on Monday and left on Wednesday, so Uber drop off and pick up were super easy. Kitchen was adequate. I'd love to stay here again, perhaps for a bit longer to enjoy the cafe's and shopping.

We stayed for one night but enjoyed amenities in the room such as movies on the TV and the stove and fridge. The pool was also nicely lit late into the night and the lobby was very spacious for drinks and work alike. Room was decently clean and we were appreciative of the VIP inclusion from Expedia.

The property was modern with a kitchen. Comfortable bed, just along from the Victoria Market so handy for food. We were given a late check out which was most appreciated as we had a late flight. Staff were all very obliging.

The hotel and my was clean enough, but the cups and glasses were all dirty. The surrounding area is very dirty and I didn't feel overly safe with the homeless people gathering outside.

Convenient central location for exploring the Queen Victoria markets & Melbourne city center. Great to be able to use the laundry to wash clothes & staff were helpful. The linen & the cutlery were dirty in apartment, (BYO washing up liquid) & the climate control did not change when adjusted, always hot, even when on cool. Quite noisy as construction happening outside building. Was ok as a base.

Room 124 is in a lane way where deliveries are made all night long as there is no double glazing it is a very noisey room. The staff moved me to another room after two nights of noise .handy to trams and eateries. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend .
