Great place to stay. I arrived on Monday and left on Wednesday, so Uber drop off and pick up were super easy. Kitchen was adequate. I'd love to stay here again, perhaps for a bit longer to enjoy the cafe's and shopping.

Room 124 is in a lane way where deliveries are made all night long as there is no double glazing it is a very noisey room. The staff moved me to another room after two nights of noise .handy to trams and eateries. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend .

I love the Queen Vic market but the area is not cleaned as often as it should be and bins at McDonalds were overflowing in the middle of the day. I also checked out 5 days ago and still have my deposit on credit card as ‘Pending’. Same thing happened last time until I rang up about it.

I loved the facilities it offered, such as a pool that was not over heated during winter. The rooms were a decent size and we were spoiled for food options. Staff were welcoming and checking in and out was efficient and fast.
