A private apartment of a duplex house, located in the art district of Melbourne, 5 minutes to Melbourne downtown and crossing bridge to Melbourne Beach & Indialantic Beach.
1, SLEEPING AREA: One queen bed.
2, PARKING: spacious back parking lot.
3, AIR: separated central AC just for you; an ionic airfilter kills covid.
4, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.
5, TV & INTERNET: 2 TV sets with firestick, please use your own streaming accounts. high-speed wifi only
6, KITCHENETTE: An efficiency kitchenette, we encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (microwave, coffeemaker, water boiler, and a mini refrigerator)
7, NON-SMOKING: absolutely! smoke outside if you have to, and leave only cigarette butts in the outdoor ash tray (a reclaimed 5 gallon paint basket, not for regular trash, please)
8, Non flushable items: don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the space east coast area by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens.
(The whole sewerage is recently updated to commercial code PVC, which won't have problems by themselves!)
9, FURNITURE, FLOORS, and WINDOW:
a. 18" high metal bed frame, queen mattress is hybrid memory foam & springs with pillow mattress protector. and 2 jumbo pillows.
b. All other pieces are repurposed office or patio furniture, some homemade.
c. floor is painted concrete, no tiles. wear shoes inside because it could be dusty.
d. windows are tint, foggy, and sprayed with images to filter brutal sunlight and also preserve privacy.
