Not a great experience at all
Rooms are spacious and clean with incredible stone work. They do lack of basic appliances like microwave coffe machine utensils iron and the wifi is weak. The swimming pool is a great must have since we are not within walking distance to the beach.
The negative were from the start: the parking area and the check it desk are not connected. If you are carrying luggages prepare yourself for a sweat. There is no bell boy service or a simple trolley, strange for a 4 stars hotel. At the consierge, they did not have my reservation from hotel.com. they made me wait one full hour where the manager did not greet me nor did apologize for the inconveniences. I went to the bar for some refreshment which it was denied because I did not check in yet and didn't have a bracelet. Back to the desk they offered me a bracelet that I needed to charge with $20 instead of offering me a drink for the long wait. After one hour (and I am with my wife and 5yo) the manager directed the staff to assign me a room and left again without aknowledge me at all. Instead of any apologize or upgrades they assigned me to the farthest suite which is opposit of what I requested online (as close as possible to the swimming pool). What else can go wrong? Breakfast is poor in quality and chaotic. Dinner seems a basic buffet. They do lack of proper customer service training as a 4 stars hotel should. It proves that regardless of a beautiful structure what can ruin your vacation are the people that run the place
