Estancia en hotel campestre la alborada
En terminos generales Bien. Se dede mejorar el proceso de mantenimiento de la piscina, se observa que hace falta tratamiento quimico al agua de la piscina. Novedad al salir con respecto a la entrega de la factura, muchas excusas para no generarla, pero finalmente se me entrego la misma. No recomiendo el desayuno tipo americano, la relacion costo calidad es regular, la atención del mesero buena.

Cuando uno viaja esta fuera de la casa y el no encontrar al menos el desayuno fue traumatico para nosotros se debería al menos suministrar ese primer alimento no importa el costo adicional.

La verdad solo tengo una recomendación dar los números de teléfono y que el servido al cliente lo atienda para cualquier modificación de la reserva. Porque me paso un caso de cambio de reserva y casi no puedo tomar la reserva por que el servicio al cliente no me atendió en los números de teléfono que aparecen en la página web, porque mi pareja tuvo que salir de urgencia y solo tomamos un día y la reserva estaba por dos y yo fui hacer el cambio de dos días a uno no fue posible hay que dejar un opción más fácil para realizar las modificaciones en caso de emergencia. El resto estuvo muy bien

NO recomiendo este hotel!
El hotel muy regular, mas costoso que los demás en el área y muy deficiente en muchos servicios como por ejemplo teléfono, internet, las habitaciones la verdad muy regulares, habían cucarachas en las habitaciones, la piscina tambien bastante sucia. Habíamos pagado habitación con aire y nos dieron con ventilador. La verdad deja mucho que desear, decidimos quedarnos otra noche en otro hotel a dos cuadras muy limpio, cómodo en la habitación, muy buen servicio, y muy buen internet, 50.000 pesos mas económico, muy diferente a este. Lo rescatable de este hotel es la buena atención de las personas en la recepción, pero mientras los dueños no se preocupen por prestar un buen servicio es difícil. NO recomiendo este hotel a nadie. No vayan si no quieren tener una mala experiencia como la mia.

El precio que me había dado trivago no correspondía a la realidad, en el hotel cobraban más de lo que habían dicho. Además el hotel es muy caro para la Calidad del servicio y las áreas de piscina y jacuzzi muy sucias. Las duchas no sirven.

El servicio prestado fue muy bueno, las personas son muy amables aunque podrían ser más ágiles, me incomodó que faltó la luz casi todo el día, podrían mejorar algunos aspectos locativos, pero en general me pareció muy agradable la estadía
