The owner lives in another property within the premises and is available to assist with any questions or requests. There are two friendly dogs in the premises.

Melipilla is close to Pomaire, Lake Rapel, San Antonio, San Manuel and the Culipran valley, being a neighbor of the Cantillana mountain range, with large extensions of sclerophyllous forest where many endemic species live, being one of the 5 ecosystems with similar characteristics in the world.

Casa Foresta is in a rural and quiet area where you will find paddle tennis courts, vineyards, health centers, supermarkets, and bottle shops around it.

It is recommended to come by car to Casa Forestal in Melipilla. If you come by bus, when you arrive at the Melipilla bus terminal, you can take a taxi that will drop you off at the entrance of the facility.

There are two private properties in this plot (Casa Foresta y Casa Melipillán) both of which have their own privacy and common areas (not shared between each other).

It is vital that parents are vigilant when children use the spaces. Also, if you bring pets, be sure to clean up their organic waste with plastic bags.
