Host has no intent to rent
I got an "instant" reservation on this property without hearing anything back from the host. The only "instant" thing about this booking was the timeframe in which they charged my credit card for the entire amount. I was never able to contact the host through either the Vrbo phone number or email. Customer service would not recognize any problem with this, just saying the host has until check-in time to provide access. When I was actually sitting outside the property on check-in day at 4pm, Customer Service would only say we must try to contact the host and wait........ We NEVER got into the property; nor did we get any assistance with finding other accommodations. This is a TERRIBLE business model. The Vrbo Book with Confidence Guarantee is completely WORTHLESS. Buyers BEWARE!.
