Fenced Yard! Comfy & Convenient in Cordova

Summary:
Our beautiful brick home is in Cordova, just outside of Memphis! We have 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen and a full bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 full-size beds. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a full bed. Our kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the backyard and outdoor pool- perfect to beat the summer heat! Don’t forget to check out our cozy patio with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill. We are excited to host you soon!

The Space:
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a relaxing living room with a decorative fireplace, a nice hardwood flooring, and a comfy couch. Past the living room is a dining area, laundry room, and a kitchen. On the left of the main entrance door leads to 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. It also has access to the sunroom. By the lawn is a cozy patio, an outdoor pool, and a BBQ grill for your use outside. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor day and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions!

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is in close proximity to supermarkets,shopping centers, restaurants! With easy access on major highways and interstates. Only a few minutes away from Cordova International Farmer’s Market, Shelby Farms Park, and Baptist Memorial Hospital!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
