Great stay! Yes, one elevator not working, but our wait for the one working elevator was never too long. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on a Tuesday evening and did not find it noisy at all…though the hotel does provide ear plugs and a sign warning of noise due to location to Beale St. I presume it’s noisier on the weekends.

Walkable to Beale street, was warned it could be noisy, but it was not. We were there on a Friday night. Maybe Saturday is noisier.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was near Beale Street so it was a little loud but they provided ear plugs with a funny note! Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. The one complaint I had was the elevator. There was only one serving the entire hotel and wait time and "repair" of the elevator were both problematic.
