There is a train that runs very close to the property. The hotel seems older and their furniture and beds are aged. There seems to be a lot of traffic in and out of the building and people in the hallways at all times.

Every time I called to ask a question the front desk person acted like I was annoying and they hated their job. The couch was gross and had stains on it. And I never thought to look into this because the idea that I would have to pay $8 for parking in a hotel parking lot I already paid for is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen a hotel do. Like what the heck ? That is like going to a restaurant parking lot and then them asking you to pay after you’ve already paid for your meal. DUMB. To me it shows the company is in real trouble and won’t be around long.

The room was clean and large with no problems noted. The staff was friendly and accommodated us with an extra blanket. The breakfast was good and plentiful. For the past three months we have stayed here because of the price and the large room they offer.

I called the reservation center to figure out the incidental charge and i was told 50 when i got there i was told 100 and I was told by the front desk policy change effective immediately, no exceptions. I called the reservation desk and they spoke to the front desk and the front desk lady argued with the reservation center and told them no exceptions.. They finally called their district manager and finally got them to change it. Very bad customer service and the $50 was on their own website.

I enjoyed my stay even if for couple of days. The staff was really cool. I even lost my dogs and the staff stayed on lookout for them and notified me when they saw them. I’ll be back next year for a few more events and I’ll be staying here

There was no advanced notice that parking was an extra fee. The pool was one of our main reasons for selecting this hotel but it was closed, also with no notice. Furniture was uncomfortable and paint was worn off in many areas of the bathroom.
