Read the reviews and thought would be a nice place. Boy was I disappointed. Found whole bunch of dead bugs all over floor. Room door would close all the way. Say day light through door frame. Had to pushed on door just to get it locked. Felt totally unsafe staying there. Went to find the vending machine. Total empty.

The pool liner was flaking off and the ice machine wasn’t working but other than that our room was clean and the afternoon clerk that checked us in was very friendly and professional.

My day was terrible. The room was dirty. There was mold around the bathtub and I believe there were bedbugs in the bed. I have bites all over me right next-door to me was a couple sitting outside of their room smoking and drinking right beside the swimming pool it was horrible, I booked the room because the pictures looked like a nice place and I have a nine-year-old daughter who was going to go swimming, but I could not let her go because it was that bad breakfast. The next morning was just as bad I do not recommend this hotel to anyone When you pay $100 you should know it’s not gonna be a good hotel anyway we had already been driving all day and we’re very tired but we made sure the next hotel that we stayed in was a four star hotel and it was I seriously do not recommend this hotel to anyone

I have never seen such filth. Woman beaten in middle of night in parking lot, men screaming that the expecitive were not performing customer requests. Had to wait for daylight to feel safe enough to get in my car to get out of there.

Unclean and falling apart. Room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Bathroom was disgusting and the bed sank in. Had to keep our shoes on because we didn't want to walk on the carpet in bare feet. Not a great night.

Emergency Stay
It was an emergency lodging when the Delta Airlines system broke down. So, a group of 12 people from overseas had to shelter 2 nights until they could secure next flights out of Memphis. The front desk person was very helpful and courteous. The place was clean and just met the requirements for emergency overnight stay closest to the airport.

I liked it was close to the hospital we had to go to. What I didn't like was that housekeeping didn't come and give fresh towels I had to go to the front desk myself. It was a non smoking room with a cigarette burn hole in one set of sheets on one of the beds. The ac bearly cooled the room. The fridge in the room was a little wonky. However maintenance did come and fiddle with it and of course it started working a lil better on the last night. The employees were exceptionally nice and as helpful. I have stayed in better but I have stayed in wayyyyy worse, so that is why I graded average.
