En general todo muy bien, solamente urge mantenimiento a la regadera. A pesar de ser muy grande, salía muy poca agua por tener los orificios tapados. Otro punto es que a veces no hay personal en el lobby donde te registras

The location was fantastic - close to many great restaurants. Room service was good but the amenities were limited. The lobby didn't have adequate or private seating. There were some issues with water pressure in the upstairs rooms and some renovation noise but I think this will result in a new outdoor patio and adjacent bar.

They lied about the hotel having a pool and a restaurant. It is still being built restaurant and pool are unfinished the hotel reaks construction chemicals or was dusty and there is no functioning restaurant or pool

Pesimo servicio del agua, en dos ocasiones nos quedamos sin agua, hasta cuando se reporta toman acción. En el check in, la habitación no estaba lista. Esperamos casi una hora La puerta de la habitación no cuenta con la minilla de seguridad Falta supervision y que el gerente garantize los servicios

MUY BUENO El hotel esta nuevo, asi que las instalaciones son muy buenas, la zona esta increible ya que puedes ir al centro caminando y tiene el pabellon gastronímico a 5 minutos. Lo malo es el lugar de estacionamiento, ya que, no esta en el mismo lugar que el hotel, el carro lo dejas en un lugar que esta cruzando la calle. Recomendable

Estuvo muy bien. El lugar está remodelado y está muy bonito. Está súper cómodo y bien ubicado. Muy recomendado para un viaje de fin de semana o más días. Solo tuvimos un detalle con la regadera pero fuera de eso, todo bien.

Positivo: Ubicación excelente. Mobiliario nuevo. Cama/almohadas confortables. Difícil: Ruido de construcción de restaurante excesivo, sin previo aviso, desde muy temprano y constante durante el día. Letrero en recepción de no devolución (por ningún motivo). Atención de personal (poco interés en el cliente). Secadora/Plancha sin colocar. No hay toallas/baño/regadera en área de Alberca. Estacionamiento muy sucio. Detalles de la construcción sin terminar. Distracción por parte del servicio de limpieza (dejaron bolsa de basura en lavabo)
