New 2BR Condo in front of the US Consulate

The unit 610 consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The Master bedroom offers a Kig Size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom offers a double bed and has access to the second bathroom.
The living room has a sofa-bed that can easily turn into 2 individual beds, or a King Size bed, at your choice.

The unit has one parking spot, number 96, on the Ground Floor level of the Condominium.

The common areas are fantastic, and include, among others, a Multi-purpose Saloon, the swimming pool with sunloungers and outdoor furnishings, the Central Park which is private and only for the use of the residents of Via Montejo, a dedicated space for smoking outside the Lobby.

By the Condo Rules, all the guests will receive a QR Code to access the Condominium. After they arrive, all the guests must stop-by the Lobby, where their index' fingerprints will be registered, thus becoming their electronic keys to access the common areas, such as the swimming pool, the way out to the Central Park, or the main access door to the Lobby of Torre Indico.
