Nice and clean but upsetting communication.

Perfect for a quick stay. Checkin was confusing with two doors and two lockboxes but no instructions on which to use. AC blew warm at 16c was more like 26c. The unit uses a property management company. When they reached out and asked “How is it going? What can we do to improve?” When we answered “fix the ac!” For two days they responded “we got your message, notified someone at the property, they will be reaching out to you”, and no one ever did. In addition, if you like sleeping in bright lights then you’re in heaven. The sheer drapery allow all the building lighting to shine on you bed. And also east facing g windows means sunrise in your face. Overall 1 1/2 stars. Bad communication from Vacasa mgmt team. Text, WhatsApp and emails for 48 hours. Mostly AI generated. Not recommended.
