We arrived late at night and there was only a self service which did not work. We had to contact a helpline who asked a manager to open up. Room was ok for what we spent. A bit cramped and the upstairs room for the kids was up v steep stairs.

Great convenient stopover
This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the receptionist in the evening when we arrived & the following morning both spoke very good English, everyone was very helpful & friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, very good buffet, room was newly refurbished, clean white bedding ( first thing my wife looks for) adequate clean bathroom , perfect for our overnight stay

Terrible experience
No one was there - hotel closed! Check in stated on my reservation stated noon to 5pm. We got there around 2pm and hotel was locked. We call number and no one answered. We were in a foreign country and did not speck the language very well but got the help of rental car agency to obtain another hotel room for the night. Terrible experience!!!

very poor quality hotel/motel - extremely basic to say the least!!! Staff were not there when arrived and at breakfast were rude!!! As for the breakfast, try and find a McDonalds it would be more nutritional!!!

Chambre sale à 100€ la nuit !
Lors de la réservation internet la description de la chambre était un rdc avec un lit 2 places et 2 lits une place donc au même niveau. Hors nous avons eu une chambre avec mezzanine ( moins pratique pour ma fille de 2 ans) . L hôtel n a pas le genre de chambre pourtant proposée à la réservation ...... Bref Cuvette des WC sales avec des cheveux , poussières ++ sur le lavabo et sol poussiéreux. J en fait part à la réception qui ne semble pas étonnée de mon explication et me donne comme raison que le membre du personnel est fatiguée (????? J ai payé 100€ la chambre , la propreté est un minimum ! ) . Elle nous délivre une autre chambre où la propreté était juste correcte
