Perfect
This was absolutely perfect for us. We just needed a one night stay after a cruise before our flight the next day. We originally booked the bottom apartment but they ended up having some damage from the hurricane. They went above and beyond and offered us the upstairs unit. It was very cozy and had a beautiful water view. We even enjoyed fishing from the dock and caught so many different fish and even saw dolphins both in the evening and morning.

Peaceful as well as excitin
I had a meeting in town and stayed the night at this place. It was so relaxing on the water and the unit was decorated very nicely. We had a perfect view for a rocket launch which was very exciting. Neighbors were friendly and the whole experience was perfect.

Wildlife, rockets and sunrises, oh my!
The backyard is paradise! We enjoyed the river breeze while sitting on the dock. Relaxed watching the pelicans and a few dolphins. It is also the perfect place for coffee and sunrises. The dock is the perfect, unobstructed view to experience rocket launches. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

PERFECT for Single or Couple!
This was such a cute place, had everything youā€™d need in a location that was peaceful and close to everything! The amā€™s having coffee on the dock and watching the birds and dolphins was so wonderful. The owner was super accessible for any questions! The neighbor to the right was very nice, it was fun watching him fish each morning! Perfect place for a small dog, the fenced in yard was great. I was able to have a peaceful place to sleep then go visit my parents about 12 mins away on the beach-the perfect set up. The restaurants are close by, a quick drive. Iā€™ll definitely book here again when visiting my parents!

We were only able to stay here for two nights during a busy trip to the area. We chose this location so that we could unwind on the dock directly on the river. It was very peaceful! It was easy to get in and communication was great.

Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect vacation spot for our 3 day weekend getaway. We were able to put our boat in the water nearby and enjoy the river life! Bonus was the breathtaking sunrise and rocket launch.

The neighborhood and this property are extremely peaceful. You can walk to Marker 24 for dining & cocktails. The host check on us without being prompted, making sure our needs were met. Highly Recommend!!

Slice of paradise
This place is incredible. The dock made for a great place to relax, launch our paddle board from, and see some wildlife. Itā€™s a perfect distance to cocoa village, cocoa beach, and more. We stayed for the bioluminescence & you could see some from the dock. The mattress was comfortable & plenty of pillows provided. My dogs loved the yard and dock. We will be back again!
