I arrived at 1:30 am. I was given an extra hour until check out, which was huge! My bed was comfortable, and other than sleeping and going potty, I used no other parts of the room.

This is an extremely friendly place, something you hardly an find. You have a problem - it is solved right away. And it is clean, quiet and good beds. You will get a wonderful rested night. We are returning customers and will come back again!

My room had a bed against the wall shattered with a very loud facilities closet, operating some sort of constant loud machine, so the room layout really needed to be revised with that in mind. Additionally the toilet ran constantly and the door would not lock securely. A very rough night if constant noise and I head to push furniture against the door for security. So not the greatest room, but the cleanliness was good and hopefully other rooms are in better order.

Not accommodating for handicap/ felt disrespected
I am disabled and parking in front of the room I rented I could not access the door to easily to unload items, was very difficult. I had asked manager about the parking she was not helpful & said park on the either side of the cars that was blocking the door area, remind you I have a walking abilities & having to unload my own things was not very good this stay. Fridge did not work. Bathroom fan does not work. Microwave dirty.I have been staying here many times but at this point my last couple of times has not been good. I will be looking for a new hotel to stay when I come this way anymore & that will be more handicap accommodating.

This was probably the nicest inexpensive hotel I have ever stayed at. The front clerk was super friendly and gave info on the amenities nearby. The room was super clean and spacious and cozy. I loved the sliding glass door entrance to the room. Great for getting my two dogs in and out. Loved my stay
