The property is under renovation,which is fine. However, when we got to the room, there was mold, urine and hair around the toilet. It was gross, so we asked for another room. There was no hot water that night, which again, wasn't an issue because we didn't want to shower. However, the next morning there was still no hot water. The pancake machine didn't work at 6:30a.m., but was working later. There was just a lot wrong and it was disappointing. Holiday Inn is usually better than that, which was why I felt confident booking that property.

They are Trying to UPGRADE- UGH
This was a bit of a disaster if we would have know there was this much Renovation going on we would have canceled and stayed else where. But to give them some credit it will be nice when they are done but I am assuming so will the price$ but a great view. Just a tip I would have your Construction Manager check room 432 closet doors are not hung properly. Again great views, but check w Property regardless of how you booked your room. Nice Try !!!

Hotel is still remodeling with all the attendant mess and noise with absolutely no discount. Surprised also by the pet fee which was 3 times higher than normal. NONE of this was disclosed by Expedia before I paid the non-refundable room rate!

There was little hot water for two weeks I was there. I would ask the front desk about the issue. I would go to the front desk and let them know about the hot water and it would work for a day or two then go back to not having hot water.

Too many things going on during renovation. They are making it work but very dusty all over the place. Also the pool was supposed to be open but they had it closed the day I went there. That was the only reason I picked that hotel for the night, to enjoy a quiet evening by the pool

I got a message before our vacation saying the hotel was under renovation but the pool wouldn’t be affected. When we got to check in there was a sign saying the pool was closed. The weather wasn’t great our first day but the second day we definitely would’ve enjoyed a pool day so that was frustrating. We were put in one of the newly renovated rooms. I don’t think it was ready to be stayed in yet. There were chunks of grout that hadn’t been cleaned up, the fire sprinkler in the bathroom was still covered in tape, the tv was set in front of the wall mount, the hot water didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush.. I would’ve preferred one of the older rooms.
