Located on Barkers Road and within the Brinkley Resort complex, this holiday home is privately managed and is available for your exclusive use on your winter getaway. Whether you are staying for two nights or two months, this apartment provides a comfortable and relaxed stay.

This apartment is a ground-floor unit, the apartments within the complex are all attached to other apartments (4 per block).

One side of the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower over bath, separate toilet and two comfortable bedrooms with a queen-sized bed and two king single-sized beds, both rooms also have in-built wardrobes.

Between the two units is a laundry with a dryer/washing machine and tub. The adjoining studio unit offers a kitchenette and private bathroom, either a king-sized bed or two king singles, please specify your requirements when booking.

Included in your booking are hotel-quality linens, commercially laundered off-site to ensure all hygiene specifications are met. We provide the basics of cooking oil, salt and pepper, body soap and the usuals of tea, coffee, and sugar.

As there is a unit above and neighbouring you can expect some noise from other guests, but concrete slabs separate the neighbouring property above and beside.
