It room was clean but the hallway was dirty. There was flying bugs of some sort in our room, hallway and the shower sucked. They had no ice and the soda machine was out of order and the snack machine was also out of order

Traveled 12 hours one way. When I got there it was too early to check in so asked if I could sleep in my car in the parking lot, they were very nice and said that was fine. Bed was very comfortable, room very clean and soundproofed, never heard anyone during my stay. Definitely will be back for my next trip to Metro!

Very bad paint fumes - avoid until 2025
The main reason for the low ratings was they'd just changed over management and repainted all the doors, interior and exterior, and the paint was off-gassing some awful VOC fumes. It wasn't as noticeable right when we arrived, but someone was checking out at 8pm which should have been a red flag. In the room, with only the room door and bathroom door to contend with and the AC circulating air, it was mostly ok the first night. In the hallway and lobby, with all the room doors facing enclosed space and very little ventilation going on, it was instantly eye-wateringly affecting, and very unpleasant to breathe. In the room by the second night, it was also difficult to be near the bathroom or room door from the inside. If we had booked more than two nights, we would have checked out early and sought a refund for health hazard reasons, but by the time it was clearly unbearable, we decided the strain of finding a new place for that same night would have not been worth it. I would personally avoid this property into 2025. Aside from this issue, it was an average stay. Room and bed were reasonably clean and comfy, and the waffle at breakfast was quite good (better if you bring your own real butter)

Stay away from this hotel.
Well, for starters, our room had no heat. We spoke to the front desk, but to be honest, they were useless and no help. We never ended up getting any heat all night long. It was 35° outside and not much warmer In the room, the room was subpar. Uncleanliness the grout and the tile. We're broken and dirty. The room had a horrible burnt. Smell not to mention the mold in the bathroom. The review stated. It was an 8.2 out of 10 star. at best. This would be a 2 star hotel at best on a good day. Cost me 3 times what It should have cost for a hotel of this condition.

Our room was full of multiple large bugs all over the room. We had to switch rooms and obviously their cleanliness is not up to par.

All the doors leading around the property and into our room had just been painted. The fumes in the hallway were awful and we had to try and not touch the doors. The water initially smelled of sewage and stunk up our room. None of this was discounted in the price which was really high given the poor area.

Dirty, wouldn’t allow us to upgrade room even though one was available and my daughter had to sleep on the floor. Tried to make her a spot with blankets and was told they don’t allow quests to have extra blankets. Finally was able to get 2 from the guy at front desk. Saw bugs in the lobby. Was not able to cancel stay, could leave but would still have to pay. The free breakfast is as not good.

The hotel was reasonably priced and one of the lowest in the area. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast provided coffee and a quick bite to eat before getting back on the road. The location was also convenient, near I-24 and US-45.

Size and decor was good. TV very small for a suite. Bath towels too small for anyone over 5’3”. Not enough soap. Two small bars for sink and shower. Smelled damp and musty. Leak in corridor with wet carpet. Mold on bathroom ceiling and around shower caulking.

First room smelled like dirty rags and had a used towel hanging behind the door in the bathroom. There black spots on the tub which we thought was mold, but they said it was black hair dye that won’t come out. The staff kindly switched our room.
