The location is perfect & the staff is friendly. However, The bathroom of the room does not have a door and the pillow were of the bed were not good. If you stay here ask for room that has a door in the bathromm

it’s a fairly good place to stay. However, because this hotel is on La Reforma, Occasionally, there are events that close the road and make it hard for taxi or other Uber type services to the hotel.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the location is central making traveling around the city is easy. The hotel has a boutique feel with charm and character. Where some slight improvement is needed is addressing some general wear the property has received since it opened five years ago. The towels need to be replaced. They are soft but only because they are old and have been washed many times. There were also loose/cracked tiles in the hallways. Nothing huge, but definitely should be addressed before they get worse. One thing to be aware of when booking is that housekeeping is locate on the 5th floor. If you are looking to sleep in, request another floor because all of the cleaning staff and their carts gather in the hallway making if pretty loud for 9am. But overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Unfortunately, we have several things to report. Most importantly is the security, the side entrance is not properly monitored, and anybody walking from the street can use the elevator and go the the room floors. Also, for two nights some guests were fighting very loudly and throwing furniture, it was scary. When we complained we were told that they were paying guests (we were paying guests too), and that they could only ask them to calm down. I was told very clearly that if I did not like it, I could go and confront the guests! Public areas were no clean, one of the rooms had no soap and they never put any soap and the beds are not Queen size. I will never come back to stay here.

Good hotel located in the Zona Rosa neighborhood. You wont need to walk far for food nor convenience items. Great staff who are customer service-oriented. Will gladly book here again next time I visit Mexico City.

This hotel boasts an incredible location, easily accessible and well-connected to transportation options. During our two-night stay, the area was bustling with people, making it feel lively and vibrant. The service provided by the staff was exceptional; they were friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience for both myself and my partner. The hotel's restaurant surpassed our expectations, and the complimentary breakfast included in our stay was definitely a highlight. While the room size may be on the smaller side, it was perfectly adequate for a short stay of two or three nights. However, it's worth noting that the lack of airport shuttles or transportation options, despite what the website indicated, was a bit disappointing and something to consider for future guests. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were able to rest well. Overall, considering the fair pricing for the area, it was a satisfying experience.
