The area around the property was a little beat up. Also the fan for the air conditioner started making a loud noise. We had to turn it off to sleep, it worked fine at first, but after about two hours of use, it make a very loud racket

I loved how my bed was made. The sheets were clean every time. The managers in the restaurant were very nice and helping out on the tables. I love it when I’m eating and when I’m done they come over and pick up the dishes on the table. I don’t like eating when they’re are dirty plates, cups on the table. That was a plus on my book! I wish I had time to enjoy the pool.

Check in was easy and our bags were taken to our room, we had a room with a door in the 2 bedroom . Very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we ate on the cafe for dinner and the food was delicious. Parking was inside the hotel grounds and there’s an ATM that gives you the exchange rate . We would definitely stay here again

Am a business traveler that travels with different groups. One of my staff forgot her toothbrush, the main desk didnt have courtesy toothbrush, they charge us fir a toothbrush. What a shame a hotel of this caliber charging for a toothbrush. I will never stay ther with any of my group

We checked in to the room I confirmed on line. We couldn't get the tv to connect with our phone to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. They sent someone who couldn't get the tv to work. They said they could move us to a room where the tv works. When they did,they moved us to a significantly smaller room, so much smaller that I couldn't sit straight on the toilet bowl. When I compained that the new room was't what I ordered and that I wanted the hotel to make some kind of adjustment to my bill, they just made all kinds of rediculous excuses and said nothing would be done. I will never stay there again and will post my negative rating all over the internet!
