This hotel is absolutely perfect! Check in was great, the staff was friendly and attentive! It’s right next to everything and it’s honestly it’s a safe area. This is my 2nd time staying here, and honestly I’d recommend this hotel to any first timers coming to CDMX.

Very good location, in the heart of the historic center. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. But you can hear everything when people talk on the hallways. Also, it is located on a pedestrian only street. You will have to haul your luggage half a block. Overall, place is great. I would stay here again.

If you like a peaceful place don't stay Saturday because you hear music until midnight other than that I love this place to stay and is very safe.

Beds were good and so was staff and service. They were very welcoming and had quick room service. The bathroom had mold in the shower windows and floor. Room has a mini split and it had mold on the vents. I don’t know if it was the air quality or what but there are no carpets and walls are cement walls so I don’t know where the mold came from. Breakfast was nice but I wouldn’t stay there again.
