This home is designed especially for groups seeking a luxurious, spacious, and comfortable stay. It has 7 bedrooms, 10 beds, four full bathrooms, and a half bath for added convenience. Three of the rooms have king-size beds, four with two double beds in them, and 1 with a single/twin bed. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with SmartTVs, laptop-friendly workspaces and, of course, WiFi.

The luminous home offers many living and relaxing spaces. Enjoy downtime together in the big living room, which has plenty of sofa seating and a 70” Smart TV, or hang out on the private courtyard patio with a beverage in the fresh air.

It's a place where you can enjoy leisurely strolls, indulge in world-class shopping and diverse culinary experiences, and immerse yourself in Mexico City's rich cultural heritage. Polanco is also home to some of Mexico City's most iconic landmarks. Chapultepec Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world and is about 2 km from the property. You can tour the castle there plus, the neighborhood's unbeatable location ensures easy access to the city, making it an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.

Getting Around:
The property is about 14 km | 9 miles from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

We offer transportation for an extra fee if you're not driving, just contact us in advance to arrange it. You can use authorized taxis in the airport or hire private car services or rideshares like Uber and DiDi in the city. Always agree on the fare before starting the journey and carry local currency (Mexican Pesos) for payment.

There is a gated garage. The remote will be found in the kitchen. There are 2 spaces available for mid-size cars. Do not forget to return the remote.

Please note check out is 10 am. Late check-out with an additional charge can only be confirmed the night before the departure. Extending beyond this time without any advance notice will result in a penalty fee.

- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. The home is listed to accommodate 16+ guests but has a capacity of 30.
- Please be mindful of water consumption as there is a critical water shortage in Mexico City.
- The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Smoking marijuana is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 USD fine.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 8 PM. Please respect the neighbors.
- Please do not attempt to open the owner’s closet. It is to remain locked for the duration of your stay.
- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and more. Please note that these are not replenished when they run out.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- To ensure availability, please request baby amenities at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.

Interaction with Guests:
