Las señoritas de recepción muy amables pero el hotel por el precio y ubicación, da mucho que desear. La habitación de planta baja es muy ruidosa, justo esta al lado del comedor y recepción y no puedes descansar, ruido y luz constante. No hay cortinas black out ni aire acondicionado en la habitación. En el hotel no había papel sanitario por una falla de suministros que creo que se podía resolver facilmente en lugar de darnos rollos de papel a medio usar.... No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

El lugar es bueno. Desgraciadamente la habitación estaba muy acabada, no nos dejaron toallas en la habitación, la luz del baño dejó de funcionar en la mañana, la puerta del closet estaba arrumbada y sin colocar, la puerta de l habitación estaba muy colgada y costaba abrirla y cerrarla. Al igual que la tarjeta de acceso se desprogramaba a cada rato. Ojalá presten atención a estos detalles porque el lugar no está mal.

los empleados muy amables , pero en cuestión de atencion al cliente si fallo un poco y en cuanto a las instalaciones creo que deberian checar bien las puertas y que funcione todo al 100 batalle con la puerta del cuarto al entrar y no habia toallas para el baño

No había buena comunicación. Las habitaciones son muy antiguas y no bien mantenidas. Tenía desayuno incluido pero finalmente hasta cuando fui a desayunar me dijeron que tenía que irá otra propiedad a 4 calles de distancia y ahí preguntar por el desayuno, esto con poco tiempo y planificación me pareció muy inapropiado
