We very much enjoyed our stay. The Lobby staff were exceptional — super helpful! The rooms were comfortable; maybe a little too minimalist. Maybe need some extra mirrors the balcony did not have table and chairs. Otherwise it was great!!!

Bathroom needs updating
The room was just like the pictures except for the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty and old looking, like they remodeled the room and forgot about the bathroom. The toilet seat didn’t fit properly on the toilet, the shower knobs were loose and actually fell off and we had to put it back on. The shower grout was dirty, there were stains on the wall. There was only one mirror and it was in the bathroom. There was always staff in the lobby but they didn’t seem to care much who was going in and out of the building. Overall it was okay for the price but definitely room for improvement.

Great location and great value: we were able to stay in a "family room" with a king bed and a queen bed in a separate room for a price comparable for a simple room in surrounding hotels. Easy walk to Roma/Condesa/Juarez/Zona Rosa. The entrance is on a quiet street that is convenient for ubers. There was a full kitchen that we didn't use except for the fridge but my favorite part was the filtered water spout in the kitchen sink-- we avoided having to grab a ton of wasteful bottled water. Lastly there is a gym, a terrace, and laundy facilities. The property has an app, which makes communications with the staff easy. I would definitely consider staying here again for my next trip to CDMX.
