Had the worst sleep, because the location is on a main street, you hear it ALL. Unfortunately the bedroom doesn’t have sound proof windows/doors and I ended sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room. Other than that, I would have given all 5 stars. My suggestion, ask for a room on a higher floor to eliminate noise

This was a very nice apartment/hotel property, and I would recommend it for a long term stay. My husband and I only needed to stay here for a few days, and I would almost say that this is near perfect place to stay. The primary elements that I enjoyed were that it was a nice size apartment and the city views (especially at night) are breathtaking. If you have ever watched Bosch and liked his L.A. apartment, then you would enjoy your stay here. The windows are grand and most everywhere the windows are everywhere. To that point, however, the ambulance and honky car noise, which is part of city sounds, is very audible while you try to sleep. We were in an apartment on the 8th floor and I could hear the constant city street sounds. The other issue that I found was the mattress. It was a bit on the too firm side. My husband normally likes firm mattress, but also couldn't sleep very well. The service here, however, was outstanding. Very friendly staff, with a few who went out of their way to be very helpful. "Javi" and "Brian" get a shout out. Javi helped us get a personal transport guy to take us all the way out to Tula in Hidalgo to see the giant Atliens. Brian, on a different occasion, had walked us to a nearby hotel to meet up with friends of ours, after we had tried to aimlessly find the streets that were not making sense on our google map. F.Y.I many street signs are not visible, and it's easy to go down the wrong street.

This is an excellent place to stay. Very central, in a safe neighborhood, lots of dining options around. There is a free laundry room for guests which was very handy. I’m very noise sensitive and there was a lot of noise on Friday and Saturday night from the street (sirens, traffic, people). Other days were fine, nothing my sound machine couldn’t drown out. Fortunately, you can’t hear noise from other guests (no footsteps above you, no loud conversations or slamming of doors). The laundry rooms are on the 5th and 12th floor so maybe if you’re sensitive don’t stay below those (although they have restricted hours). I would still recommend staying here if you’re noise-sensitive - just bring a sound machine if you’re staying over the weekend and it will drown out the noise. Staff was very friendly and everything was very efficient.

It was a very nice hotel, but we did the mistake of staying right in the middle of all the action and therefore was not able to sleep all night. The noise was so loud and finished at 6 o’clock in the morning.
