The property felt very safe no one can’t access without their code. The room was very spacious and clean our room had a small kitchen area which we use and it was well equipped with everything we need to cook. Definitely recommend its like your own little apartment.

Apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Staff was very friendly. Location is great and a quick walk to Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods. Calle Colima has some wonderful restaurants that are all walkable. Only negative was excessive street noise from adjacent market during late evenings.

I absolutely loved my stay at ULIV Mexico City. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the location was perfectly situated in the super walkable Roma Norte. The room itself was spacious and super clean. I also had an incredible view from my balcony. I'll definitely return to this aparthotel for my next visit to Mexico City.

The room comes with a small kitchen, they’re also very clean and modern. Restrooms are nice and plenty of hot water. The location is awesome too, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars near by. Staff is friendly and check in was quick and easy. Definitely would stay here again without a doubt.

Great new building with great front desk staff but a few things to note, it gets NOISY because its on a busy street and there is no daily housekeeping or toiletries available (toothpaste etc). Overall it was a great stay!

Great location and space for extended stay
Stayed for 6 days as a couple. We had a check in issue but it was eventually resolved thanks to Daniel the property manager and Karla the front desk. We had an apartment style room with floor to ceiling windows, a balcony and enjoyed the sunrise each morning. You have everything you need for an extended stay in the room. The 24h front desk and security gave us peace of mind and were always kind and helpful when we went down. The bed is firm but comfortable, had hot water for showers and filtered water at sink and in fridge. The location is great as it’s literally on a Main Street with everything nearby, easily walkable to many hot spots nearby and if you forgot something Sanborns next door would have it. But because it is in a main area it does come with city noise so we’d hear sirens and motorcycles through the night. Would recommend ear plugs if sensitive to noise and sleeping. Had a great stay and would recommend! Thank you

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic but good sized room. Place was a little dirty and after a day started to smell a bit before realising the bin had not been cleaned from previous renters. Particularly disappointing as room was not ready for the standard 3pm check-in time.
