Leave the city behind in this spacious and serene space. This is our family's cabin where we come for quiet, and to commune with nature. Lots of space to spread out, play games, have a glass of wine on the deck, or sit by the fire. There are lots of stairs, so keep that in mind. But once you've reached the top, it's time to unwind.
The space
It's 1.5 flights of stairs to get to the main entrance/mudroom. Once in, you will be rewarded with the sounds of frogs, geese, hawks, and crickets. The nature sounds make this place so relaxing and enjoyable and why we come back as often as possible.
The house is two stories. The lower level has the Mud Room, Family Room with a sleeping area (double bed), a Bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a Bathroom. The upper level has two Bedrooms (King and Queen beds), a bathroom and the Great Room with space to cook, dine, and relax.
Outside of the Great Room is a deck for relaxing. Right below is a second deck with the same great view, but has a shady roof...great for hot summer days.
Guest access
The whole house is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Due to the cabins geographical location in the mountains, PG&E will occasionally shut off the power during high wind events to prevent a potential wild fire. This is rare, but possible.
