I’m gonna try to keep this fair… this room was super cheap so There wasn’t any high expectations.check in was quick. My room was 209 and that’s about 18 steps up a narrow stair case. It’s an old building. I walk in and i could smell mildew. I had to pee so bad so i went in the bathroom first. The child under the mirror was broken. The sink leaked. Water runs in the toilet all night. I went to reach for toilet paper and there was stains on the wall that you could tell could be simply wiped off!!! Anyway i go where the bed is.. linens were dirty. Tv didn’t work had to hold batter in remote for ac… the street is so loud on Washington it was hard to sleep. The ac was the best part. The walls and floor were cracking. Location is cool.. i list my earring back under the bed and what i found under there was everything except my earring back. I say all of that to say, you get what you pay for and i spent one night but I’d never do it again 😭

Horrible Experience
I don’t like to give bad reviews but please stay SOMEWHERE ELSE!!. The AC didn’t work and everything looked dirty, every sheet had a stain. The fire alarm system went off 3 times, had to go down to see what was happening. The hotel ended up getting a citation from the fire martial bc of how many times it had happened that night. The last time it happened was around 1:30 AM and this time the strobe light did not turn off. We went down to the lobby and no one was there to assist us. We ended up having to put multiple towels around the fire alarm to help keep out the light and not even that helped. We also had random people knock on our door throughout the whole night. This was by far our worst experience but again you get what you pay for.

Terrible hotel! Room they put us in looked like was under construction. Restaurants downstairs, with extremely loud music till late night. Absolutely terrible!! For $250 at night is unacceptable!

Be advise some rooms have mini fridge and some don't they were able to accommodate us after we bought perishable items. Also the wall as are very thin so you can hear everything including everyone's throwing there doors at 6 am everyone walking or speaking in the hallways! No elevators so if you have heavy luggage be prepared! Not as nice as the pictures. But it's very walkable to the beach and ocean Dr.

Checked in during the evening and the receptionist did not speak english well enough. I know the area but if you are visiting and do not know south beach don’t rely on the staff to guide you. They need to adjust their website: Amenities- -there is NO parking (but it says it does on the site). Park in a lot or the street somewhere for about $50. The restaurant (and/or bar) is not in the hotel, it is separate. Activities- - NONE of the ones listed are available from the hotel its self. All listed are just “available” in the area somewhere. Did not hear any info on their “social hour”…. The room was okay, some chipped wall plaster and uneven flooring. AC was good. Did NOT have the bathroom supplies like in some of the pictures online. All that was there were 2 bottles of shampoo. No soap, no conditioner.

I had a terrible experience at the Harrison Hotel in South Beach Miami. I was moved to three different rooms, each with serious issues. First Room (202) The AC leaked badly, creating a large puddle on the floor. The bathroom was dirty, with hair and dust in the corners. The leaking AC had caused the flooring to warp, making it uneven and unsafe to walk on. Second Room (5) After being upgraded to a suite because of the first issue, we were moved again because the suite was double-booked. This room had a window that wouldn’t fully close, leaving me feeling unsafe. I had to stuff a towel into the gap to feel somewhat secure. Third Room (210) The final room was the worst. The window was completely broken and couldn’t close, leaving it partially open all night. This exposed us to loud sirens and music from the bar downstairs. The AC remote also didn’t work, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. These problems ruined our trip, as we spent more time dealing with room issues than enjoying Miami. While the staff tried to help, it’s clear that management has neglected basic maintenance. The broken windows and warped floors were not just inconvenient—they were safety hazards. I believe a refund is justified due to this unacceptable experience.

The place looks nothing like the photos. They are edited and photoshopped. Dirty and ragged flooors, loose sinks, and counters in bathrooms, wholes in the ceilings mold. Stained towels or non at all. Roaches were also crawling around. Once I saw roaches I booked immediately for the Rivieris Hotel Suite

We got to the hotel. It was great that we could check in early as a room was available. But there were no clean towels in the room. The floors was was filthy and not mopped or swept. There was sand in the bed. As if the sheets were not changed or washed good. I was given raged rugs, and stained faced towels with make or dirt. Molded wholes in ceiling. Unfinished sheet rock mud on the ceiling. Roaches were crawling around in the bathroom. Rotted wood on entrance door to 2nd floor. The receptionist couldn’t speak English. But came and got us out of our room to come to front desk to tell us that our stay was up after I paid for reservation for another night via Expedia. Also after she told my husband they would give us our room free since another receptionist gave us the wrong information about available room. She wouldn’t look at the paid reservation confirmation on Expedia. Then told me our room was the only available room via Spanish/English translation app. Then she stated she had another room with double beds that we could move to but we needed to pay more money. I told her we were told we could extend our stay and that we could change rooms at same rate because of noise. She said wait and walked around counter and to help another guest walked off to show them to their room and left us standing there. I just walked a way. Because the unprofessionalism and rude to not finishing helping me and my husband.

We arrived for a late check-in, the toilet didn’t flush, the remote didn’t match the TV and the tv wouldn’t pair with our laptops or phones. The floor tiles were loose everywhere and uneven, we had to put a suitcase on one bad area to keep from tripping . We notified the desk twice of the tiolet, each time a different person and they never showed up so we had to take the back off the toilet just to flush it and found out why. Had to get the key reprogrammed twice. About the only advantage is that you are only 2 blocks from the beach, there was No other amenities besides the restaurant attached that played hard thumping music til 2 am

The hotel has a great location with good restaurants next to it and short walk to the beach. The staff was friendly. The room was big with tree beds. However everything looks outdated and poorly maintained. That didn’t prevent from having a good time and I sleep well. Just in case someone is looking for a hotel in great condition this property may not be for you. I would definitely come back.

Needs a major update …..apparently has just been taken over by new management and a much needed overhaul has just started. The location is awesome - literally around the corner from 5 or 6 good restaurants and a short walk to South Beach.
