I booked this hotel at the very last minute but it was ready up only arrival one hour later. The staff were so amazing, friendly and accommodating. IHOP was literally right across from the hotel allowing for late night dining for persons who may get in late. I loved the property and I will be back!

The room was beautiful and amazing, but there were no luggage carts available, no breakfast available, no microwave or refrigerator in the room, and the ice and laindry room was dirty sadly.

Room was very spacious and very clean but very basic. Pillows and bed was very comfortable. You can tell they are renovating the hotel as a whole. The bathroom had a soap dispenser holder but no soap at the sink or in the body wash, shampoo or conditioner. But I called the front desk and they brought some up. But definitely great for a one or two night stay.

Unfortunately our suite does not have a microwave and a fridge. The receptionist said the shipments were delayed and in fact all suites have no refrigerators nor microwaves. As the property is location near MIA airport, it can get a bit noisy when the plane passes by. However, the front desk staff is friendly.

Hotel is well maintained, clean rooms. Staff is very courthouse, kind, and helpful. Special shoutout to Charles who went above and beyond, he offered to help me carry my daughters playpen and I witnessed him extend same grace and courtesy to other guests while in the reception area. Kindness goes a long way and appreciate the staff!
