J'avais des attentes en raison d'un séjour précédent qui avait été très agréable. Cette fois-ci, ma chambre n'était pas prête quand je suis arrivée. Puis la chambre qu'on m'a donnée était épouvantable, les planchers à changer, le bain rafistolé (j'avais peur qu'il passe à travers le plancher), pas de comptoir dans la sdb, pas de serviettes à main, pas de débarbouillette, pas de séchoir, pas de poubelle, dansla cuisine... bref on m'a donné une autre chambre, qui était mieux. J'ai tout de même eu la compagnie de coquerelles, et aucun service pendant toute la semaine. J'ai dû demander ce dont j'avais besoin. La chambre était très éclairée la nuit en raison du bâtiment à côté et malgré les rideaux. Hugo le gérant et Caridad la responsable de l'entreten des chambres ont tout de même été accommodants et ont essayé d'améliorer les choses. Les nouveaux propriétaires semblent faire le minimum pour offrir des chambres convenables. Cet hôtel devrait perdre une étoile.

The suite was spacious and conveniently located near shopping areas and transportation options, with the beach just a short distance away. However, there were several downsides to our stay. Upon arrival, we encountered unexpected hidden fees totaling over $107 for three nights ($30 per night plus taxes). Additionally, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, as we found stains on the floor, dust, a broken sink, and a damaged bed. Although the staff did send someone to clean the room the following day, it was an inconvenience. Another point to note is that the reception area and suites are not in the same location, requiring an Uber ride to reach our room. While one of the receptionists had an unprofessional demeanor and a lack of helpfulness, the male receptionist truly stood out. He went above and beyond to address our concerns and enhance our experience despite the challenges we faced.

Despite information telling us where to check in we ended up at the wrong address - in the pouring rain! Hugo to the rescue. Seconds after our Lyft driver pulled away he pulled up in his golf cart doing his rounds and solved all of our problems. He treated us like royalty, despite the fact that we had made the mistake. He said that the customer comes first at Beachside, Seaside, and Waterside hotels. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!!!

We had to leave Fort Myers because of hurricane. They did not jack up prices and they waved the pet depisit. It was also very clean and the people who work here are helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!

The room was fithy. I cleaned it as soon as we got there and turned the washcloths black. The bed was broken. The tub was broken and painted with wall paint that was stained and chipping. Someone broke into our room on more than one occasion by taking a butter knife to the back door lock and left the knife on the window sill. The staff was informed immediately. We were told they would look into it and be contacted within 24 hours. We had to prolong our stay due to weather and no one ever said a word to us about the "break in". The manager saw me smoking outside on our "private" balcony and yelled at me to stop. An hour later, the same manager opened up our door without knocking or announcing himself. Still, no word on who broke in and took our money. The room was left cleaner than it was when we got there. We even left a brand new fan that we couldn't take with us. Our "room deposit" was not returned and they charged a "resort fee" of $35. That was not in the agreement. It was no resort. No pool on site (wouldn't use it anyway), no bar (we don't drink), no room service, room was only "cleaned" by house keeping once in 10 days. There isn't even an office onsite, we literally had to tell people every night we were there how to check in. The oven has a gas leak. Couldn't use the microwave, toaster, or coffee pot in the kitchen due to a popped fuse. No parking. The only good thing about this hotel is it's a block away from the beach.

This place is ok. It is far from the main desk if you are not driving. The stovetop in the room takes a while to heat up. The location is close to pretty much everything. Will book again in the future.

The hotel is super close to the beach. In fact it is within walking distance. I was super surprised on how clean the hotel was. I will definitely go back to it.

Hello, The staff was pretty rude to not only me, but every customer who arrived. There was a guy and a girl, and neither were helpful or polite. The room that I stayed in had baby roaches. Hopefully the place has a bug sprayer come out. I was disgusted. Also, to check in, you are about 6 blocks away from the hotel, so keep that in mind when you arrive. Also, there is a mandatory resort fee that is charged. Im not sure why they charge this, they only offer room service every 3rd day. This place operates like an airbnb, not a hotel. Would not recommend.
