Employees were great. Everyone was polite and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean at first glance, but there were some dirty spots. Of particular note was the framed picture in the bathroom as it had some mold growing under the glass. Not the best choice of location for that. The tile grout wasn't all that clean either, but it wasn't so bad that we couldn't deal with it.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. We rented the room for a central hub for all of our luggage and relaxing while we waited for our flight. They were so awesome and friendly and very helpful. Even arranged for us to go to a mall to spend some time bc the pool was undergoing maintenance. Excellent!

As soon as we walked through the door, there was a urine smell. Upon more observation we flipped up the couch bed and the sheets were clearly used. There were hair and marks. The mattress also was heavily stained with red marks as well. Every time the Ac would come on, it would be that same smell. Also we had to walk further because an elevator was broken.

We are a family of 12 and needed to make arrangements for extended parking at the property and transportation to the cruise port. The staff were helpful and made this a seamless process. I would stay here again if going on a cruise leaving the Port of Miami.

Convenient to MIA, clean and friendly
Stayed here on our way out of Florida from the Keys. This was close to the airport and reasonably priced. We didn't spend a lot of time here, but the place was very clean and comfortable.
