Perfect Little getaway

Pleasant stay in mid Miami beach
The property appeared to be newly remodeled very nice and clean. Parking was easy and there was no additional charges like some other properties in this area. It was about 3 blocks to a beach area that had chair and umbrella rentals not part of a hotel, but easy walk for us. Thank you.

Nice condo and I love Miami. Diving here is great.
The condo is clean and comfortable and in what seemed to be a safe area. The beach here is great, lots to see. We are divers and this was the first we had the chance to go diving in Miami. The diving is great, with 70 to 80-foot visibility and a nice artificial reef program with lots of wrecks. The Gulf Stream is whipping here so you do have to be comfortable with diving in a current but the boat captain and crew will help with that. Great trip.

The host, Lawrence, is friendly and always available to answer any questions! Very nice and clean condo! Very comfy beds! Very good location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! I highly recommend this place and if I ever go back to Miami Beach, I would rent this apartment again! Thank you very much for everything! We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean lovely accommodations in an excellent location away from the spring breakers! Close to restaurants. Parking was a huge plus. Lawrence, we totally loved your place. Check-in was automated and super easy. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with ample towels and toiletries, kitchen supplies and beach chairs. 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars around the corner. Thank you for being so responsive and the bottle of wine. We appreciate it. Great place!
