“Tuve una buena estancia en el hotel, pero me gustaría señalar un detalle sobre el servicio de toallas. Cuando las solicité, solo me trajeron dos, y al pedir más, me indicaron que debía lavar las que ya había usado. Aunque entiendo que puede haber políticas al respecto, creo que una mayor flexibilidad en este tipo de situaciones mejoraría la experiencia del huésped.

This is a cheap place so lower your expectations. Free parking. Valet brings your car but it may take about 20 min to get your car in the morning.

The security owners and valet are the nicest staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. Out of the 5 months we’ve stayed so far we haven’t had any issues with this company nor the condo itself. Very happy with our stays.

Had a miserable one day stay out of 3 nights. We had to book another hotel cuz we couldn’t stay there. Call owners and they didn’t do anything except hang up on my call before I finish the call. Stay is not sane as it’s shown on the pictures if only I would be able to upload those pictures I would do it here. Disappointed please chose somewhere else to stay but not this place .

They didn’t clean the room told us they charge for it didn’t give us fresh towels or wash rags when we ask so we we had wash our clothes buy a laundry card put money on it the coin and money machine had to buy detergent the exfra 3rd bed thr wood boards under was broke the hot tub was out order the codes we got none of it work for the gym the restaurant service was so slow they charged us to hold our bags till room was ready only good thing about the place was the pool and stores inside and the elevator service didn’t work I got stuck in it alarms was going off had to go down 8 flights of stairs cuz we was waiting forever for them to

So this was my third year staying at Girasole suites and it was terrible. They changed my room at the last minute and it was disgusting. There was hair all over the room, all over the linen on the beds, the bathroom was disgusting and didn’t look cleaned plus extremely outdated from what i originally chose. I tried to call and they didn’t answer the phones, emailed twice and was ignored but they emailed me back from my email about early check in. I’m never coming back. The hotel elevators took 10-15 minutes every time we used them on the 14th floor. Ate at the restaurant inside the building and the food was horrible for two out of three of our meals. Ordered a steak and mashed potatoes, the steak was extremely chewing and thin, the mashed potatoes tasted exactly like instant mashed potatoes. The other meal was the mussel and shrimp pasta, there was 3 mussels missing out of the shells and the pasta was complete liquid. My other friend’s meal was the ravioli but it literally had 4 raviolis in it for $18. I will no longer be staying here. Worst experience I’ve ever had on vacation.

The check in process was pretty smooth. The elevators were horrible took about an 30 minute wait to get an elevator. No one real spoke English and that fine because most of the visitors did not either . The room is somewhat of what they advertise. The windows don’t open make you feel like you in prison . The air conditioning doesn’t work it say 50 but fells like 80 and there is now way to control the temperature. The bathroom toilets are outdated. They don’t flush so please don’t need to use it .The WiFi and phone service is trash. No service comes with the room one towel and rag the whole trip. The rooms give prison vibes so closed in . The television doesn’t work so it’s torture not vacation

DO NOT STAY HERE! 🚩They do not offer refunds because they know how horrid this place is and the scam they’re pulling. ❌NO self parking-We had thousands of dollars of product for an event & employees did not offer to help unload, and wanted us to unload in the rain out from under the awning/carts can’t go to vehicle ❌Valets went through our top vehicle storage ❌Valets gave our vehicle to wrong customer ❌LIED about laundry. I have the messages where I specifically ask if we have laundry in our Penthouse condo & was told yes. It’s in the basement and cost $ ❌FILTHY. brown grime in multiple spots on the floor, boogers on the bathroom sink and door. Clothes from a previous lodger. Everything in the bathroom was rusted. ❌The electrical box does not completely shut and is a hazard. ❌The couch was completely unusable, it is so damaged and sank too far to sit ❌TAX FRAUD. We were overcharged on tax as it was a “cash amount” she decided on the spot. ❌Nails sticking out of walls ❌No clear emergency plans or maps with stairs ❌Rudest staff. They know where they work is screwing everyone over, but with its system it doesn’t matter to them, so why do a good job? ❌They make up the pool hours and let certain people swim and not others. Twice I watched a man swim in the pool as I got back from the beach after sunrise and was told I’d have to wait until 9 am? ❌No clear communication. This is how they make their money, they only respond through the Expedia app w/ no answers.

I think your stay in this hotel will depends mostly of your host. Mine was great, the room was clean similar to pictures advertised. I had the Comfort Suite. Staff in front, security and valet were professional and nice. Valet can take a while if its packed outside which is normal. Pool was open. Beach is right downstairs. No issues with elevators. Restaurant, small grocery shops and gifts shops even open at the double Lobby downstairs.

This has to be one of the most disgusting places I have stayed. The host left us with no toilet paper when asked it took 2 days to get toilet paper. On top of that it took days to get towels and the room was filthy. There was smeared poop on the side of the toilet, the bathroom sink and tub clogged constantly. The room smelled like mold and one of the beds was broken causing me and my company to sleep in the same bed. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

its beautiful view, spacious layout, and convenient valet parking. The bed was comfortable, although disappointingly fragile, making me worry about its durability. The apartment itself gave off a vibe of falling apart, with unkempt sheets and yellowish towels indicating a need for urgent upgrades the counter was falling apart and many stains around apartment.Despite these flaws, the communication via email was exemplary, providing a silver lining to an otherwise lackluster experience. Modifications are definitely needed to enhance the overall quality of this apartment.

The room was dirty and VERY run-down. I think the images were shot years before because the room didn't look anything like the images we saw on Expedia. One of the queen bed frames was broken and awkwardly propped backed together, leaving the bed uneven and honestly it felt like it was going to collapse every time I moved. The bathroom was extremely rough and falling apart. There was a broken framed image that was falling off the wall, which was sort of covering a giant hole in the wall. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly, and toilet seat was about to fall off. There was no fan in the bathroom and it steamed up immediately when showering. The kitchenette kept up with the theme of run down, and sort of working. The kitchen counter was broken, falling off the wall and blocking the access to the closet. The wifi didn't really work and there isn't a strong cell phone signal (5G) in the hotel or room. The pool was closed to construction, the beach is very accessible, but was pretty smelly due to the amount of rotting seaweed. We were very displeased and when we tried to communicate we didnt get much of a response. The ironic thing is that the wifi password is 5starrreview... good luck with that.

The room was very dirty and restroom. My granddaughter fell down twice as there was water on the floor, and I had to use the bath towels to mop the water because my baby hurt her head, walking in the room. The ac truly don't think it was working was hot. Don't stay there you will regret it. The pool would close at why close it if there's no lifeguard at all .
