Front desk Staff seemed inconvenienced when anyone needed anything. I saw a staff member scold a child and parent when the child made a mess while eating breakfast. I had an extended check out at 1:00 I actually had housekeeping knocking on my door at 12:40 asking when I was checking out. I would not recommend this hotel.

I called two weeks prior and they said they could accommodate an early check in since I was coming off a cruise and had a super early flight. I called the morning of and they said they couldn’t. I advised them I was really sick and needed somewhere to go. The lady on the phone was rude and talked over me. So I sat in their dirty and hot lobby from 10:45 am to 1 pm. The only food options in the dusty shop were Hershey bars and $5 sodas. The room was dirty and not well taken care of; white stains on the chairs, ripped up lamp, sheets not even put on properly, dirty shower, toilet that wouldn’t flush, and paper thin walls. The bed was terrible, me and my husbands back hurt the next day. The pillows might as not have been there with how flat they were. I’m surprised this is rated as “excellent” on Expedia.

Our first night was awesome! The pool and breakfast were great! The second night, our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and the lady working the front desk was not apologetic or overly concerned about it. A maintenance worker was sent, however, the language barrier made it almost impossible to relay the issue or work towards a solution. The second maintenance worker that arrived was competent and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. Unfortunately, we were headed to check out so I don’t know if the issue was resolved.
