One of the worst hotel that I ever stayed , the front desk staff most rude , anything you ask their answer is blunt no, there are no towels, toilet was not working flush on day one, very rude responses, intercom phone was dead most of the time so you have to go down to ask for anything overall the horrible experience starts with the front desk reception staff and continues throughout the hotel.

We stayed there just for one night just so that we could get on the Brightline train the next day, but the hotel itself is in very bad condition. The shower curtain was falling, they never brought the third set of towels, the caulking around the tub was black. It is just tired. I think it’s time for a renovation.

The AC was so noisy that I felt as if we are sitting in a helicopter. No complimentary water . Not even available for purchase. No coffee or tea in lobby . Very dirty carpets. Only good thing was they were courtesy’s to give us extended checkout .
