The front desk was nice it was a very smooth check in, parking was decent, the room was okay.. the rug of the room was extremely dirty one walk from the bed to the balcony and your sucks are already black, the bathtub was disgusting it had paint chipping there was molding around the bathtubs boarder and the toilet was hard to flush

The hotel exterior appeared great and so did the lobby, which initially gave a great impression. However, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. The carpet had visible bloodstains, the bathroom wall tiles were broken, the tub was filthy, and the air vent appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

It states the rooms are sound proof, but the elevator ding went off and on making it hard for me and my wife to fall asleep. And to charge us 180 USD with no breakfast included is absurd plus the ice machine wasn't working at our floor!!!! Never again!!!!!

Our room smelled heavy of pot so they did get us a new room. Overall the property was fine for the one night we stayed there but in bad need of repair. Front desk staff was great but housekeeping didn’t speak English and I had one charge me because I had to use the lobby bathroom and she wasn’t done cleaning. After 30 minutes of waiting for her to finish while she was chatting on her phone I tried to go into one of the stalls she was finished with. She charged me and started screaming at me in Spanish. I reported it to the front desk but of course I’m sure nothing was done. Never again
