This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel ITSELF is so beautiful, very well kept and luxurious, and the restaurants where amazing. It was an absolutely incredible experience and I can’t wait till I can visit again!

The air conditioning wind blows straight to the direction of the bed and it’s not possible to redirect the fan. As a gold member of hotéis.com when I reserved it says that I would have late check out upon availability, and the attendant said that they have but I was supposed to pay.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Todo muy limpio y bonito . La habitación (una suite) super cómoda. Muy buen servicio. Las únicas quejas son que se oían los ruidos de afuera aunque era un piso 16 y el Domingo luego de cenar fuimos al bar y estaba cerrado (9:00pm).

The only issue I had with this property is that there is no ice machine I saw but this place also has residential units. It’s a little weird setup if you have never stayed there that you ride on elevator to floor 25 and another one to get to your floor. I would still return
