Great location
The location was great and place was well maintained. I have 4 stars would of been 5 if not for only 3 issues. 1 was not able to order food for family due to delivery services not being to find place. Even our ride share had issues locating us. 2nd TV streaming was on a shared wifi network so I guess some children from another apt kept signing into our TV while we were watching TV. (Plus tv could of been bigger) 3rd was just wish the rooms with the bed were separated But overall great experience was able to check in early. Like I said before great location from beach and shopping.

I live in Fort Lauderdale and my husband and I visit Miami twice or more a month, my husband was totally disgusted by how unwelcoming your hotel felt. You definitely lost our business. I had never experienced such difficulty to get in to the hotel and it was no live person at the front desk. You guys sent us a code at 3:30 pm we had to carry around our heavy backpack all day before we could check in to your hotel!!!

Great location, perfect for a short stay. Walkable, safe and clean. No hassle check in and check out. Only negative, there is no front desk which makes it difficult to store a bag if you arrive early or want to leave after check out. Across from the beach, great food options around, perfect location.

Communication is terrible here- we got locked out of the apartment for more than an hour and they said the code was given to us during check in. But in reality the code must have been changed by them- since earlier in the day room service made the mistake of trying to enter our apartment and supposedly they had the wrong room. We got scared and also took them about 1-2 hours to figure out the issue or who tried to enter the apartment. Get more people to answer questions in a promptly time manner. We had to cancel our plans just because we couldn’t access in time- this should have never happened if you had someone available.

Awesome location. Easy to check in and check out. Even though it was contactless, the staff was in constant contact with us, and available when we needed. The room was modern, clean snd comfortable. The parking was a bit awkward but we got it all figured out. My favorite feature, was the ability to unlock our room door from my phone. Loved that you also had a hot water kettle as well as the Keurig. Our room was away from street noise, so it was quiet. Loved the balcony with the little table and chairs right above Española Way. It's a quaint, lovely hotel in the heart of So. Beach, two blocks from the beach. Lots if restaurants and great shopping. We'll be back!

Came for business and fun! I was amazed with how spacious the rooms were and how perfect the location was surprisingly the rooms were quiet, cool and clean on such a busy street! Lots of bars, fine dining, fast food, shops and the beach all with in walking distance! Will be back :)
