The pool is located so far away and you have to walk through a big parking garage to access it then its still more walking and I'm active so for those that aren't so much its a 10-15 walk to access pool and spa also they'll tell you that you will receive your deposit back which wasn't even told to me beforehand once you check out and the manager checks the unit. How about I checked out on the 5th with saying I was a wonderful guest its the 18th still no deposit of $250 and they didn't release it til the 10th a major inconvenience with only a sorry. Then I was trapped in the hallway for a while because the fop card they give you went out I called and got no response then received a text saying go downstairs but you are literally trapped inside and can't get downstairs I will never stay there again just because they don't tell you certain things before arriving and then withholding money longer than supposed to is totally wrong and unprofessional

What a wonderful experience here at Miami vacation rental brickell! It was clean smelled amazing, beautiful views, fast service! Beautiful outdoor pool! A great place to stay! Bed was very comfortable! Nice outdoor space to enjoy a nice city view!

The shower made a humming noise constantly. Made complaints nothing was done. Also there was construction across the street lots of noise in the morning not happy. I’m unable to load videos of the noise in the bathroom.
