Everything from the room to the lobby/breakfast area to the pool/outside areas was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. I'll be staying here again on my next visit to the area.

Clean room with all you need. Didn’t use the pool but looks nice. The breakfast is basic but you have what needed for a start of the day. The waffle maker is a bonus for kids! I could hear noise from next room which is not nice but I guess this pretty much depends on the guests. This is our first motel experience. I’d see it meets what we need as an overnight stay for key west or Everglades visit.

Be careful with reservation changes.
Overall, my stay was very good. No complaints about the room, location, or service. I did not appreciate appreciate paying almost double the price to add a night to my stay. Explanation: I booked 1 night to evacuate my home for hurricane Milton. I thought the rate for that night was good, and had the story ended there, the review would have been excellent. During that night, I found out that my home area had lost power, so in the morning I asked to extend my stay for another night. "Sure no problem sir." Except the rate for the second night was almost double what I paid for the first night! I don't appreciate price gouging.
