The suit was very clean and spacious, the staff are helpful, but have very ridged rules with the pool/ beach towel return by 6pm. We have been to the seacoast suits twice and find it very convenient to get around Miami, it is comfortable and feels like home from home, but the kitchen could be a little better equipped for guests that are self catering, ie scissors, messuring jug and baking trays. Overall its a great place to stay for families and groups, having the beach on your doorstep is another plus. We would recommend it.

The property itself needs to be modernised. On arrival we were allocated the wrong suite of which staff at reception were very apologetic but couldn’t provide our booked suite until next day. On entry to the first suite it was tired, the decor and carpets etc in bedrooms could have been cleaner. On the allocation of the correct corner sea view suite we actually booked we was pleased with the improvement in cleanliness and decor was more modern even though odd areas could do with a freshen up. The view from the balcony was amazing and was a quiet location however it was quite remote from restaurants, shops etc. There was a small convenience shop next door inside the hotel but to go out we had to get Ubers. There are bikes that you can hire near the hotel if you prefer.

We were very disappointed in the accommodations with regard to the amount of bedding. The king size bed only had three small pillows. We called for more pillows and blankets and we received no pillows and the blankets. That they provided looked absolutely terrible. We did not use them. The lack of kitchens utensils ( pots a pans/ baking sheets) made it very difficult to cook for eight people. The pool was very well kept however the towel process is very cumbersome.

Lack of communication with housekeeping. Closing at 6 and not having access to any towels after hours is absurd especially with having kids. The pool and playground closes entirely too early and there is nothing to do.

It was great that we could walk to the beach in 3 mins walk by its swim pool. The pool closed kind of early at 6pm. Our unit was on the 9th floor and had great sea view with a good sized balcony. Living room and kitchen were okay. Bedrooms and bathroom were severely outdated. Green carpet with pink stains, a bath sink had a long crack. Overall cleanness was poor although bed had clean sheets.

The Seacoast location is perfectly located in the Miami Beach strip. Direct access to the beach and quick access to local restaurants and highways as you tour the city. A lot has changed with the pandemic, so if you're looking for daily housekeeping, this may not work for you. If you have a need for daily attention (LOL) you can call housekeeping, however we happily attended to our own daily suite maintenance (e.g. doing our laundry with the onsite washer and dryer). The housekeeping team was friendly. I understand the structure was built in 1963 with some renovations in 2020. So take all of that into consideration should you decide to stay. E.g. plumbing that noticeably squeaks when showers or toilets are being used. The front desk was professional and responsive when we had questions. Overall, we were pleased with our lodging with Seacoast Suites during our 9 day stay.
