Crappy Service and Non-Functional AC
The receptionist was very unhelpful when initially checking in. We were told that it would be a few hours until our room would be ready. A few hours later we checked back and she denied stating that our room would be available at 4 pm it was noon. At 2:30 we checked back seeing if our room was available it was not however we did get a room with non-functioning AC. When our other party with the same reservation asked for their room at 4pm they were put on a waiting list before they could get their room. We had now been at the hotel for over 6 hours.

Hotel was fine for a quick last minute family vacation. It was hot. Fans were loud. Key cards kept going out. Not enough cleaning staff so room cleaning was delayed the first day, skipped the second day, finally we just started catching staff in the hallway to get towels and toiletries. Breakfast was free plenty of bagels and cereals. Decent prices for hot breakfast. Beachfront was perfect. Staff was helpful with lounging chairs and umbrellas at beach all complimentary. The pool was great.

Fun Hotel but NEEDS WORK
All in all, a fine place to stay. Location was great with plenty of on site and nearby amenities. Major downsides were: pool hours only being dawn to dusk, key cards constantly not working, broken door handle for our room, very loud in the lobby when the bar was open, low stock on beach towels. We did have an issue with 2 of the daytime front desk agents. We were patiently waiting our turn to be assisted, one of the agents was on the computer and the other was helping a gentleman with his key card at the elevator. When the agent helping the gentleman returned the desk they admonished us for not approaching the other agent at the computer and demanding assistance from them. The angry agent then proceeded to yell at us and the other agent in front of the large line of people behind us. It made us very uncomfortable.

I stayed for 3 days and the housekeeping visited on the last day of my stay. The hotel had limited pool towels. I went up to the front desk to report and I overheard the front desk staff telling another guest she was smart because she brought her own. The staff were rude and not empathetic. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Staff is rude. Pool was unusable and had caution tape around it, would have been nice to have known that. Asked staff about it and they responded like if they didn’t even work there. One guy told me “I just got here”. I was like okay?? Hotel says breakfast is included but then we had to pay some lady at the cafe window. Room was EXTREMELY dirty. It was disgusting. Thankfully I just needed it to sleep because I did not want to be there anymore than necessary. Parking is also horrible and they make you park at a lot by a Walgreens some blocks down. I also reserved a oceanview room - total rip off. It was a 2x2 window. Spend the extra amount and stay at a nice, name resort.

This is an older hotel which as great in it's heyday. I never expect much from hotel breakfasts anymore and this was no exception.Great swimming pool and access to the beach.

I booked the 6 nights for my wife while I was at nearby Mt. Sinai Hospital for a surgical procedure. We occupied the room together the night before my admission. My wife reports the room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our purposes. The entire staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Worse costumer service ever. They did not gave me the car I pay for because they did not have anything el available. The car they gave had a huge dent on the passenger sit, the speaker were boasted, couldn’t connect my phone to apple car play and the engine was making a big noise. I call back to see if I could get another car and they said we don’t have anything available for you. When I returned the car and I ask to speak with a manager and they told me we don’t have time for u call the 1800 line. When it was 2 ppl at one of the counters just talking. Horrible experience I will never recommend this rental car place.
