My daughter came to stay while we were in Miami for a Taylor Swift concert. Everyone was so nice, room was super clean, and the bed was so comfortable.

This place has some stupid negative reviews. Hubby and I stayed two nights, used it to sleep and get dressed for a show. Bed was comfortable no bugs, plenty of room and the place is decorated super cute. The building is a historical landmark ao there's only so much they can do to improve appearance and such. The area really wasn't bad, just be careful.

Bare bones hotel. A step down from a Motel 6. No chair or desk in my room.. No countertop in bathroom. Not in a great area. A breakfast you have to put on a tray and carry upstairs to your room. On the plus side it's only a block from the river and 4-5 blocks from Casablanca, a good seafood restaurant where you can sit outside above the river. Also downtown is a short walk.

The Boutique Hotel was clean, staff were professional, friendly, helpful... could go on and on. Wonderful staff. No elevator, which made moving luggage somewhat of an issue. The staff were helpful with that though. Neighborhood a bit sketchy but not nearly as bad as Seattle. Everything expensive in the area for the most part.....expected, but not to that degree. If you're in that area for a cruise, the area is likely the most convenient.

It served its purpose. We were staying for 2 night 1 night before our cruise and 1 night after. Yes the neighborhood looks scretchy but we didn’t have any problems and walked to Bayside Market and Publix. My only problem was the double bed was way too small for me and my husband.

Surprisingly Fabulous!
The Boutique Hotel is what I would expect from a downtown Miami location. The golden light to this property is Milargo at the front desk! She is professional, kind and caring. The parking is unusual, but it works. They share parking with what appears to be two other businesses located adjacent to them. I would not arrive after dark bc it may be confusing if you’re unfamiliar with the area as was I. Rooms are clean and nicely remodeled. It’s a small property w 20 something rooms on two floors with no elevator. They serve a complimentary breakfast with delicious coffee from a Nespresso coffee brewer. It is a downtown hotel, so be aware of your surroundings. I recommend TB Hotel!

This is a fun surprise! Located in Overtown Miami, the area looks suspicious at first, including the front door to the hotel. However, the area is VERY close to the nearby police precinct and is patrolled constantly. The area is busy with community events and games. Once you enter the hotel, you are greeting an incredibly elegant design and super friendly staff. The word "boutique" fits this hotel perfectly. Bring close to a main highway and just minutes from downtown made this a good hotel for the stay.
