Older hotel, though rooms look very modernized very Florida very south beach. I like how ocean Drive is very walkable from motel if a mile at that. The staff at the front desk, the girl was very helpful and very friendly and recognize me from previous days that’s a plus.

Loved it! There was one thin spanish girl that was a receptionist that was a little dismissive, but otherwise the staff was super nice and it was super clean. Near the beach and shopping and super convenient!

The location was a 2-3 min walk to beach. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I didn’t like the vines on the outside of the window couldn’t see the views outside my window. But the hotel was just as advertised. Would stay there again.

fair price for basic need, close to miami beach. breakfast only provide coffee, cake muffin. Manager Ash very helpful, wish other staffs can help for information with the transportation to airport express buses questions.

Nice, small hotel although a few issues. If you were to come with heavy suitcases or if you have mobility issues to get in the hotel could be a challenge being there steps to get up to the front porch of the hotel and then into the hotel lobby another set of stairs. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of construction work going on my guess is at the building next-door, and it sounds like even on the physical building of the hotel. It sounds like people jackhammering in the room above. This would only be a This would only be an issue for an afternoon napper such as myself to be prepared for the evening .This is the second time I’ve stay at this hotel because of the wonderful staff I would do it again.

Very nice older property that has been renovated, the rooms were extremely clean, they smelt nice, the beds were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no parking at the hotel, we had to park three blocks away and pay $20 a day.

Check in and check out was smooth. There is some construction work going on around the area but all in all a good location and somewhat quiet! The people in there cars were more of a nuisances then the construction workers! Clean room and the staff were very friendly. We would stay there again.

This place was fantastic if you want quick access to the beach, I think it’s only 500ft walking distance or less!!! It was a clean spot. The rooms are small and quaint, but it suited our needs of a nice, quiet, newly renovated space!
