Pretty sure this hotel is closed. They never responded to any calls over the course of 3 days, and hotels.com agents couldn’t reach them either. They did however take the money and I can’t get refunded. DO NOT book this place!

This hotel allegedly is undergoing renovation. Believe me, it is needed. I saw very little evidence of improvement. Basically this is a 1990 Hotel trying to masquerade as a current upscale property. It doesn't. But In fairness with that said the television worked well there was plenty of hot water the room was cleaned and vacuumed properly. Overall though the place reeked of dated fixtures dated lighting and dated maintenance.

The property is filthy old and has a bad odor, the carpet in building 2 is awful it’s dirty and ripping going up the stairs as well. The sofa in the unit is filthy you can’t even sit on the sofa because how filthy it is. I don’t recommend this property to anyone. I stayed in a Candlewood Suites in Orlando a few months ago and it’s a huge difference, something has to be done about this particular hotel

There is no continetial breakfast(reason for booking with 6 people) , pool under constuction and our room said 1 king 1 queen got 2 queen. She explained at the front desk that they were bought out by another company and a lot of changes are happening and that Expedia has not updated their site. Still not right thinking you are getting something you are not.

I did not like the property because it was dirty. The carpet and the vents were filthy. I became sick from the dirt. The location was fine because it was minutes away from where I was attending an event.

The elevator is not working and my family and I had to go up 3 flight of stairs each day. Additionally the breakfast area was not fixed for us to sit to have a proper breakfast and there is not a variety of food to pick from. Also sometimes when we go for breakfast within the timeframe there wasn’t any food to be served. The hotel was very unorganized with their payment methods and room service. Each day we had to go for towels because there wasn’t anyone cleaning the bedrooms.
