All 3 full bathrooms and half bathroom are stocked with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels, make up remover wipes, toothbrushes, shower caps, soap, etc. Other essentials include hairdryer, iron and iron boards.

PETS:
This property is pet friendly. We do however charge an extra fee of $100 for each pet. Max allowed: 2 pets. No exotic animals allowed.

Our home maintains a strict no-party and no-event stance to ensure tranquility in our peaceful neighborhood. Adherence to local noise regulations is imperative, with a quiet policy enforced after 11 PM. Failure to comply with these rules is taken seriously and may lead to the termination of your booking.



SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
Your safety is our priority. The residence is equipped with smoke detectors in key communal areas. In case of emergencies, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are accessible under the kitchen sink. For your peace of mind, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the property, including a Ring camera at the main entrance. It's important to note that there are no cameras inside the residence or any that intrude upon the privacy of interior spaces.

The host is available 24/7 during your stay, at your service. We've carefully anticipated your needs to ensure a flawless stay. Should you find something lacking, please message us. We'll quickly let you know if it's possible to provide the missing item.

POOL SERVICE:
The pool is serviced every Tuesday between 9-11 AM, so if you see someone outside by the pool don’t be alarmed. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.

LANDSCAPING:
The landscaping service comes once every two weeks usually on Sundays in the morning so don’t be alarmed.

GARBAGE:
The city of Miami-Dade removes garbage every Monday and Thursday. We provide 2 garbage bins on the side of the house. The green bin is for regular trash and the blue bin is for recycling. If you are staying during those days and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house, we would greatly appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.

BUGS & CRITTERS:
Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida has a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. Additionally, our tropical environment welcomes small species of harmless lizards.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
The host isn’t responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after check-out.
