Guys.. do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. The ac blew out stale air like an animal died, the bathroom is sooo tiny, broken toilet, no elevator in the hotel, no microwave or fridge in the rooms, overpriced, and when you try to leave early they make you stay an extra day because no “manager” is onsite for a refund.

The property is well-maintained and the staff makes you feel right at home. From the check-in ready to help the personnel was always professional. From the breakfast room, Jessica made sure we all had everything ready to go. Mairelys the supervisor specials made sure my coffee was as hot as I liked it. Great service and wonderful stay.

I’m shocked that this hotel can be in the Hilton lineup, it’s probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, there were hairs on the towels and in the shower stuck to the walls and on the floors. There were people in the garden area that were out there all night listen to music on a speaker. The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like there was something wrong with it. The surrounding neighborhood is scary to say the least, and the parking was very limited. The breakfast was pretty dismal, they offer no protein options, no eggs, no yogurts etc, just bread, bagels, and cereal, would it kill them to have just one single healthy option?? The overall condition of the property is just bad, everywhere you look there’s something that’s just sloppy, broken or dirty. I booked this because it was a Hilton by the airport, and I was just shocked! Does Hilton know about this disaster of a hotel?? Yikes! Stay away!
