Text from Wyndham confirming reservation told me there was no airport shuttle. Website stated there was. Phone was never answered at hotel to schedule for airport shuttle. Desk clerk gave me keys that didn’t work and then gave me a room that was occupied by someone. Offered no apology and blamed “the computer.” All horrible. Outlets behind the bed were unplugged so lamps and phone didn’t work.

I honestly can't believe that Wyndham would put their name on this property. Not what you would expect from the brand at all, no matter what the price.

The rooms have been re-done, but things like uneven tiles on the shower floor making very sharp edges, paint splatters on the floor that never got cleaned, cracks in the door so big there is no sound proofing, and the constant smell of smoke. When we arrived we were given a number to call. We did this were put on hold for over 8mins and finally hung up figuring out the shuttle location via airport staff. Breakfast not great (bread,jam, stale cereal). For $271CAN a night this hotel is not worth it. Look elsewhere.

Not like up to par to other Wyndham expectations!

We've stayed at MANY Wyndhams & have LOVED them, this one is one of them. Rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller, could barely change clothes, the toilet squeezed between wall & shower. Shower supper small & sink squeezed also and no place to set personal items. The property itself looked nice on photos but is OLD & needs TLC. The little market on property if you call it that has nothing anyone would need or want.The room we were put in had a blinding street light outside our room so don't expect your room to be dark & dumpster below slamming early & late. The property did not look busy, would have thought they could have saved that room as a last resort. The wall so thin, you could hear every conversation of passerby's. The front desk staff seemed less than happy to assist. To say the least will not stay here again. Ohh and lets mention literally 2 sheets for blankets & comforter.

No one had manners that work there. No elevator, shuttle transport was late. Breakfast was normal bagel and waffles. Room wasn’t clean. Water bottles had some sort of blood strain so I didn’t even touch that. Bathroom was tiny and dirty. Hot and cold showers it keeps changing. Wouldn’t stay again

Cheap isn't always the best

Shuttle was "getting tires" when we arrived and wait at airport was at least 2 hours - even though we called a week in advance to set it up. No elevator (not advertised) our room was on 2nd floor, had to carry heavy luggage up the steps. Shower head was so low, I had to duck to wash my head/face (and I am not a tall person). No comforter on the bed. Room was not the cleanest. Lobby did smell nice, and I was granted early check in.
